All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our warehouse in Savannah, Georgia.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Includes tracking information
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Requires order value of $50 or more
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently ship to most countries worldwide, with exceptions for some Asian regions and remote areas. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your location.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our premium door hardware components including door closers, hinges, latches, and other essential hardware. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- All original tags and protective coverings must be intact
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Door thresholds showing signs of installation or wear
- Custom or special-order items (these are final sale)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions from our Savannah-based team
- Package your return securely using the original packaging when possible
- Ship your return to our warehouse (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)

Important: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Acme Acorn Store is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Refund Processing
- Refund Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of the same value:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your return request the replacement item needed
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
For exchanges of different value: We’ll process a refund for the returned item and charge separately for the new item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product (which is rare with our precision-engineered hardware):

- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
